A Powerful Solution

Anthony Gutierrez had a lifelong dream: to own his own company. Hired by Jim Baca at Enterprise Electrical Services, he moved rapidly up the ranks. When Jim wanted to move on, Anthony was ready to buy the company. Looking for a win-win solution, he invited long-time acquaintance Larry Lujan to join him for dinner. Applying our Consultative Process, Larry mapped out a preliminary buy-out plan using the restaurant’s crayons and paper tablecloth. Anthony’s memory of the end of the evening is vivid: he rolled up the paper tablecloth and took it with him. We helped make it happen by bringing the CPA, attorney and bankers to the table and crafting a plan that worked for everyone.
